Syracuse, NY -- An Onondaga County County judge and an assistant district attorney were at odds this morning as to the punishment for a Lysander man convicted of 83 counts of child pornography. The prosecutor wanted 5 to 15 years in prison. The judge decided on 6 months in jail and 10 years of probation. Lewis McGuinness III, 23, stood quietly in jail garb as emotions ran high as lawyers and the judge discussed his fate.
