Probably at the time Humu Baninna Bah claimed that she was being raped at a Kingtom residence she could not determine what constitutes the offence of rape or she knew it, but wanted to play a “fast one” on the former Deputy Minister of Education, science and technology Mr. Mahmoud Tarawallie and extort some money from him, using the rape allegation.
